Why chocolate or garlic?

You might be wondering how we came up with the name of this blog and why not something more descriptive like Borodins take on Jerusalem or Borodin sabbatical. Alexandra and Naomi picked this name based on a game of ours, which is figuring out which food is not improved by either chocolate or garlic. This blog which will be primarily written about Alexandra and Naomi and they have decided that they want it to be primarily about our food experiences of the next year and the fun we have with food and picked this name, otherwise known as chocolate o shum.
