In Jerusalem, there are railroad tracks that have been turned into a walking and biking path. The path is called the מסילה, which means rail.

The train track path is a really nice place to walk and it has interesting facts about the history of the tracks on the side. There are little passages about the history and pictures. Also, there are at least 12 mosaics along the path, one for each tribe.

The path is 4.3 miles (7 kilometers) long and is the exact path of the Jaffa- Jerusalem Railway.

It is really interesting to see all the different kinds of people that walk, run, or bike on the path. There are people of all religions and ages.

I cross over the train tracks everyday on my way to school.

Walking on the path is a really nice way to get around parts of Jerusalem.
