The Etrog Man is a stall in the shuk that sells juices and things made out of etrogs. The Etrog Man is like the natural pharmacy of the shuk.
The owner of Etrog Man is Yemenite.
At this stall, we tasted a few different juices, tried an etrog lotion, andan etrog spray. We put the etrog lotion by our noses, and then breathed it in to help get rid of colds. The etrog spray was sprayed on our faces and in our mouths. It is good for your skin, but it doesn’t taste very good.
In some of the juices at the stall there is an ingredient called Gat. Gat is a leaf and it energizes you when you chew it. In some places it is banned because of its effects.
We tried 5 out of the 8 juices. We tried apple pomegranate cayenne pepper, ginger apple, the Rambam’s drink, passion fruit and organic goat yogurt, and EtroGat.
My favorite juice I tried was the passion fruit one, and my second favorite was one called The Rambam. The Rambam tastes like a strange sweet yogurt drink, sort of like oatmeal mixed with yogurt.

P.S. None of the juices would be improved with chocolate or garlic (liquids usually aren’t improved with chocolate or garlic)
