We started our day on Wednesday at 6:00 am so that we would have time to climb Masada before heading to Jordan.
After driving for an hour and a half, we started the climb to the top of Masada via the snake path (the snake path is on the east side of Masada).
The climb, in my opinion, was really hard and tiring. Especially compared to the Roman Ramp (the way up to Masada on the west side) which I had done on my previous trip to Masada with my school last year. Thankfully, we did not take the snake path down. Instead, we took the cable car which is very efficient and provides a great view, but can often be very crowded.
On top of Masada, we walked around and explored the ancient ruins.
When we were walking around, a genius thought struck me. Masada woukd be the ultimate place to play hide and seek. Now this probably wouldn’t be safe because you can easily loose people on Masada, but it would definitely be super fun.

The hills in the distance are Jordan and the blue line at the edge of those hills is the Dead Sea.

Yay! Ancient ruins!
