Yesterday, we tried a new dessert called Kanafeh.
Kanafeh is made from cheese, semolina, crushed pistachio, and a little sugar syrup on top. This treat was one of the best things I have ever eaten.
I ate this sweet in Ramalah, but it was made by someone from Nablus. We were told that Nablus has the best Kanafeh.

Maybe it doesn’t look appetizing, but it is. It is so sugary, cheesy, and delicious.

We might’ve polished off 4 helpings…

P.S. Shockingly, this dessert would not be improved with garlic or chocolate. I mean you can’t mess with perfection.
