Yesterday we spent the day in Granada. Granada has a population of about 1 million and is in the South of Spain.
I really like all of Granada’s pedestrian streets, many of which are cute shopping streets. While we were walking in the city today, I realized how great of a city this would be for cable cars, since many streets are hilly and paved with cobblestone.
The main attraction in Granada is the Alhambra. The Alhambra is an old palace, fortress, and city placed upon a big hill. Although the architecture was beautiful, I didn’t enjoy it since all of the rooms were quite similar, but I loved the gardens.
After visiting Alhambra, and of course shopping a little, we were very Spanish and took a Siesta (nap) before heading out on a Tapas tour for dinner.

Such gorgeous gardens

The gardens had hedges that would be great for hide and seek

You can’t tell, but I am in The Hall of the Two Sisters

Amazing architecture
