In Amman we stayed in the Fairmont and at the Dead Sea we stayed at the Hilton. The Fairmont is probably the nicest hotel in Jordan. I loved staying there! Staying at the Hilton after the Fairmont was disappointing but it is still a really nice hotel.
Some special perks of staying at the Fairmont were the great service, pillow concierge where you can order different types of special pillows, and the beautiful spa.
My favorite things about the Hilton were the swim up bar, dead sea beach with mud, and the view from the rooms and the lobby.
Both hotels have extravagant breakfasts with personalized egg bars, classic Jordanian food, waffles and pancakes, yogurt, fruit, fresh juices, and so so so many desserts.
So much dessert!
