Since we have been very busy in Israel, I have forgotten to write about some important things, like my favorite falafel.
Many people have told us that Falafel Oved (פלאפל עובד) has the best falafel in all of Jerusalem, but I disagree. Falafel Oved has the best falafel in the world!!!
Over the course of the last few months, I have had falafel from this place over 15 times. It is just that good.
I like my falafel with all of the toppings (but nothing spicy) plus chips (fries) and fried eggplant.
I have only had the opportunity to have my falafel with eggplant a few times because this falafel place gets a lot of customers and runs out of the eggplant after lunch time.
If you want the best falafel, go to Falafel Oved (it is in Jerusalem on בית לחם street).
Falafel would be improved with garlic (though I bet there is already some in it).
