On Tuesday evening, from 5-7 pm, to try and avoid the heat, we went cherry picking at Ramat Rachel. Ramah Rachel is a kibbutz only about a ten minute drive away.
We went with Ima and our friend Zohar.
Most of the time we were there I just sat on the ground while Naomi, Ima, and Zohar picked cherries and I did quality control (otherwise known as eating). I really scored having other people pick cherries for me to eat.
It was super fun and the cherries tasted so good.
Ramat Rachel usually only offers cherry picking one week a year so if you are here during that time I really recommend going.
