I tried lamb bacon (no worries it’s kosher) at a kosher restaurant called Crave in the shuk that specializes in making kosher version of classic treif American food. The verdict is that Alexandra , Naomi and I were not crazy for it. But I did enjoy my Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
